I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, leaving sweet handwritten notes after cleaning. The location was perfect for my trip, and the dining options were satisfying, although I wished breakfast started a bit earlier. Overall, a great value for the money.

The staff at this hotel will go beyond their job for you, making sure you are where you needed to be. Their service was fantastic, except for a few hiccups where they were horrible. Despite that, the handwritten notes left after cleaning the room added a personal touch.

The location was perfect for my trip, exactly where I needed to be in the Lady Lake area. The area allowed friends to gather and chat comfortably, with a nice ambiance inside and out. However, the air conditioning seemed a bit too cold for my liking.

The dining experience was good overall, especially being near The Villages where I have relatives. The breakfast included was a nice touch, but the working pancake machine and more coffee could have made it better. The timing of breakfast starting at 7 am was slightly later than my preference.
